Media buying, first and foremost. These days, that means a lot of ad creative strategy for Meta – helping brands decipher what’s working both in their business and across the advertising landscape.
The first thing that comes to mind is a beautiful, bootstrapped business. There’s nothing inherently wrong with outside funding, but in my experience, growing sustainably tends to either be part of a company’s DNA, or not. Hard to build it if it’s not there from the outset. It’s about acknowledging the constraints of your business and playing the long game.
